December, December!

Chill out everyone…December is here. Hello, hello! Humming old classical Christmas carols on PANDORA and welcoming the most wonderful time of the year. Thinking of having my first taste of Gingerbread Latte at SBuckie tonight. In addition, the tree is well lit and so fun to look at after 6 with our little one. “Anta”? …. “No-man”? …“ Wawa”? “Happy?... –cute words coming from her ALL-THE-TIME while pointing onto the Christmas hanging ornaments.



How could you not adore the next 25 days ? The official countdown begins. DH even reminded me last night that we are off straight 10 days! Yepp, TEN days between Christmas and New Year. Oh-MEE-Ghee! Nothing can beat that affirmation. He asked me where we are going and what FUN holiday projects and plans we probably have/ or be doing. Nice, but no plans yet. A bit delayed on that part of the equation.

Temperature has drastically gone low and it’s windy since yesterday. The weather just signified ( and proven! ) that flu season is being entertained around the house, too. Our sweet bubba girl is still feeling 50-50, and we are depressed seeing her lose weight in just a few days. I hate it! 3 lbs lost. Ugh! I hate the coughing part and the sudden change of body temperature. I’m praying she’ll recover soon, as of last night her appetite is back 60% . Thank, goodness this mama can also start eating regularly. Sigh.
